Hello, everyone. I'll post the next chapter of the "The Second Best Rank" in May.

I've been practicing using my new pen tablet, and soon I'm going to try my hand at illustration. I was wondering if anyone has a scene from "The Second-Best Rank" or "Grace Abounding" that they'd like to see done as a digital painting. I'm looking for inspiration.

Yesterday, I turned in eight chapters of my thesis to my director, and no time was left for "The Second-Best Rank." Today, I ate celebratory ice cream and did as little in the way of written work as possible. It was bliss. Part 7 of "The Second Best Rank" will come another day.

I'm working on re-writes/edits of the first half of my thesis novel for my Masters, reading a novel for a class, tutoring, selling jewelry, getting a cat and doing other homework. Castiel's flight to help Camp Chitaqua is gonna have to take a few weeks.
